How to register with SDA Elderly Care
Follow these steps to register online for immediate room rentals, low-income apartments, job referrals, and rental assistance.

Fill Out the Tenant Intake Form
Personal & Demographics
Enter your contact details along with demographic information, including military/veteran status, disability status, and whether you are an independent senior.

Select Housing & Assistance Options
Housing Type
Indicate the type of housing support you are looking for: room rentals and shared housing for immediate placements, subsidized and low-income listings for senior waitlists, or rental assistance for emergency help.

Pay the Service Fee & Submit
$150.00 Service Fee
The service fee is $150.00 and is payable to SDA Elderly Care Referral Service. The fee is due on or prior to the move-in date to secure the property rental. Submit the form and complete the payment through the online portal.

Opt-In for Job Listings & Income Support
Supplemental Income
Under the question Would you like to supplement your income?, select your preference. This flags your profile for wraparound employment referral assistance.
What happens next?
Once your form and registration fee are received, an intake coordinator will contact you. If you need temporary immediate shelter, we can match you with room rentals while your application for long-term low-income or subsidized apartments moves through waiting lists.
